Questions to ask the shop
Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour.
Between shop visits
Check the tire pressure once a month, when the tires are cold. Look at the tire tread before long trips. Keep the fuel tank above a quarter in winter.
