Getting one from us

A request for your dates gets you an offer from a person. We have no Eagle on the site right now. Send a request with the model you want, and we look for one for your dates. Similar cars are below if you need one sooner. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.

The steps

Start with a request. Choose the car, the pickup time and the return time, and send it without paying anything. Our offer spells out the rate, the delivery fee if any, and the deposit. Approve it and the car is booked; decline it and nothing happens.

A car's page shows the deposit and the kilometres included each day. A booking can be a single day or up to 365 days. The shortest notice we accept before a pickup is 2 hours.

Before pickup

Our minimum age is 18; an Ontario G2 or G licence is required. If any driver is under 26, a young driver fee is added for each day. The payment card and the licence must match the driver's name.

Liability to others is in the rate. Damage to the car is handled by your policy (OPCF 27), your card's rental benefit, or the CarmaCars Protection Plan, priced in your offer. A deposit is held for every rental, about 1 hour before you get the car. Additional drivers can be added; each one meets the same rules and signs the agreement.
