A few things first
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.
Timing
If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule.
Keeping it that way
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.
What goes into a quote
Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.
