Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim.
After the work
Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.

For repairs, the price depends on the parts, the paint and the hours of work. We price the job before we start, never after. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.
