Your car is in; you are not stuck
Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. We collect the rental when your car is ready. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
On the day
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
Keeping it that way
New paint needs time to harden fully; ask us when it is safe to wash and wax. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.
When the car is ready
We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.
How the price is set
Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. We price the job before we start, never after. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.
