How long it takes
We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer.
Keeping it that way
Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.
What affects the price
Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.
On the day
Bring the claim number and your adjuster's details if the repair is a claim. Photos of the damage taken at the scene help with the repair and the claim. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
