The 2022 Acura ILX for buffing
- Body: compact cars (EPA size class).
2022 Acura ILX: every figure
| Displacement | 2.4 L |
|---|---|
| Cylinders | 4 |
| MPG city (US) | 24 |
| MPG highway (US) | 34 |
| MPG combined (US) | 28 |
| MPG combined (Imperial) (converted from the US figure) | 34 |
| Luggage volume (litres converted from EPA's cubic feet) | 340 L (12 cu ft) |

| Fuel cost for 20,000 km (at $1.75 a litre for premium) | $2,940 |
Sources: fuel use, MPG, CO2, electric range, battery, charge time, luggage volume and the annual fuel cost are the US EPA's (fueleconomy.gov). Imperial MPG, litres, inches and pounds are converted from those figures. Figures no free source publishes for this car (power, torque, acceleration, top speed, fuel tank, towing) are left out.
Booking the work for the ILX
The 2022 Acura ILX needs paint correction? Send photos and when it suits you. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
The car itself
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
What to send us
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
Driving while yours is in
Add a rental to the same request as the work. Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Keeping it that way
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
Before you drop the car off
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
What goes into a quote
If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do.
How long you are without it
If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work.
Ready when you are
Send photos and a few details, and a person replies with the next step.
