Your 2020 Acura TLX: the work
For paint correction on the 2020 Acura TLX, it starts with a short request: what it needs and when. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
The car itself
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces.
Booking a time
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. You can add a rental to the same request. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. We collect the rental when your car is ready. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
Before you drop the car off
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
When the car is ready
Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.
Pricing, plainly
If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation.
Looking after it afterwards
Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
One more step
Start with photos and a short description.
