Your 1984 Cadillac Brougham/DeVille: the work
For the 1984 Cadillac Brougham/DeVille, paint correction starts with a quote from a person, never a guess. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
About your Brougham/DeVille
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
Getting a price
Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
A rental while we work
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
How long you are without it
Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
Looking after it afterwards
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.
Getting the car ready
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
How the price is set
Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car.
Your move
Ready when you are: send the details of the car.
Request buffing
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
