Rent a car while yours is detailed
Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
Buffing: your Astro Van
For paint correction on the 1986 Chevrolet Astro Van, it starts with a short request: what it needs and when. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
Size and finish
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV.
How to request it
You can add a rental to the same request. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
A rental while we work
A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. Add a rental to the same request as the work. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Looking after it afterwards
Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us.
Before you drop the car off
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.
Planning around the work
Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days.
What goes into a quote
The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.
