Rent a car while yours is detailed
Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
Booking the work for the C5
Book paint correction for the 1984 Chevrolet C5 with a short request, and rent a car while yours is in. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Size and finish
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next.
How to request it
You can add a rental to the same request. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Ask anything about the work in the request.
A rental while we work
We bring the rental to you and collect it later. A rental means the work does not stop your week. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
After the work
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
A few things first
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.
Pricing, plainly
Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.
When the car is ready
Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner.
Next step
Want a quote? A request with a few photos is the fastest way.
