Your 1985 Chevrolet Citation: the work
Here is how we handle paint correction for the 1985 Chevrolet Citation: the request, the work and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
The car itself
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
Getting a quote
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. You can add a rental to the same request. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
Driving while yours is in
We collect the rental when your car is ready. Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.
What to bring
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.
Why prices differ
A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job.
Timing
Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
Looking after it afterwards
Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
One more step
Send a request with the car and the work, and we reply with a price and a time.
Request buffing
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
