The 2012 Chevrolet Corvette: Buffing
CarmaCars takes requests for paint correction on the 2012 Chevrolet Corvette, and rents you a car while yours is in. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
The car itself
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
From request to appointment
A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
Driving while yours is in
Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
When the car is ready
Bigger jobs are booked in a few days ahead; small ones can often be fitted in sooner. Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work.
Keeping it that way
A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.
Getting the car ready
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
What goes into a quote
The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do.

Send a request with a few photos, and we reply with a price.
