Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
Your 1985 Chevrolet Heavy Conventional: the work
This page covers paint correction for the 1985 Chevrolet Heavy Conventional, and a rental while the car is with us. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
Size and finish
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
How to request it
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. You can add a rental to the same request.
A rental while we work
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Planning around the work
We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.
Keeping it that way
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
What goes into a quote
A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.
What to bring
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
When you know your dates
Send photos and a few details, and a person replies with the next step.
