The work on your Grand Caravan
The 1993 Dodge Grand Caravan needs paint correction? Send photos and when it suits you. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Your Grand Caravan, up close
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
What happens after you ask
Ask anything about the work in the request. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. You can add a rental to the same request.
Keep your week on track
A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. We bring the rental to you and collect it later. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
Planning around the work
Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. A clear timeline comes with every quote.
Aftercare
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
On the day
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
What goes into a quote
A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price.
One more step
A person reads your request and replies with a price and a time.
Request buffing
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
