Sources: fuel use, MPG, CO2, electric range, battery, charge time, luggage volume and the annual fuel cost are the US EPA's (fueleconomy.gov). Imperial MPG, litres, inches and pounds are converted from those figures. Figures no free source publishes for this car (power, torque, acceleration, top speed, fuel tank, towing) are left out.
Buffing: your Journey
Your 2009 Dodge Journey and paint correction: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
About your Journey
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
What to send us
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate.
Keep your week on track
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
A few things first
Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
Keeping it that way
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
Timing
A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule.
What affects the price
We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.
When you know your dates
Book the work and a rental in one request.
