Buffing: your Journey
Book paint correction for the 2012 Dodge Journey, with a rental meanwhile if you need one. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Your Journey, up close
As an SUV, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. A bigger body means more surface to work on, which shows in the time. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next.
The request
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
A rental meanwhile
Add a rental to your request, and we deliver it to you. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
What affects the price
We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. We price the job before we start, never after. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly.
After the work
Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
Before you drop the car off
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
Planning around the work
Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price.
Next step
Book the work and a rental in one request.
