Your 2019 Dodge Journey: the work
For paint correction on the 2019 Dodge Journey, it starts with a short request: what it needs and when. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Your Journey, up close
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a compact SUV, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. A bigger body means more surface to work on, which shows in the time.
What to send us
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. Ask anything about the work in the request. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
Keep your week on track
We collect the rental when your car is ready. Add a rental to the same request as the work. Delivery is priced by distance in your offer, and pickup from us is free.
Looking after it afterwards
Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.
Before you drop the car off
Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
How long it takes
We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule.
What goes into a quote
Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
