The work on your F12 Berlinetta
This page covers paint correction for the 2013 Ferrari F12 Berlinetta, and a rental while the car is with us. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
The car itself
Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next.
Getting a price
We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
Driving while yours is in
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
Pricing, plainly
If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time.
How long it takes
Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule.
On the day
Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
Keeping it that way
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
Ready when you are
A person reads every request and replies with the next step.
