Rent a car while yours is detailed
Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
Buffing: your CNR
CarmaCars takes requests for paint correction on the 1986 GMC CNR, and rents you a car while yours is in. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Your CNR, up close
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV.
From request to appointment
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.
What to bring
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.
After the work
Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
How the price is set
Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. We price the job before we start, never after. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do.
When the car is ready
If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. If you need the car back by a date, say so and we plan for it.
Over to you
