Rent a car while yours is detailed
Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
Buffing: your FE
For paint correction on the 1992 GMC FE, it starts with a short request: what it needs and when. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
Your FE, up close
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work.
Getting a quote
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
How long you are without it
Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover.
What goes into a quote
If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.
Aftercare
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
A few things first
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
