Buffing: your Passport
This page covers paint correction for the 2027 Honda Passport, and a rental while the car is with us. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
Your Passport, up close
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. As a van, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
Your request
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. A person reads your request and replies with the next step.
A car while yours is in
A rental by the day covers the time your car is in. We collect the rental when your car is ready. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.
What to bring
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.
Planning around the work
We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
What goes into a quote
A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.
After the work
Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.
