Booking the work for the Sonata
This page covers paint correction for the 2020 Hyundai Sonata, and a rental while the car is with us. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
About your Sonata
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
Your request
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.
Keep your week on track
Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. Your offer shows the delivery fee if you want the car brought to you.
What goes into a quote
Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
Aftercare
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.
What to bring
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to.
When the car is ready
Weather and curing times can change the schedule for some work. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.
Ready when you are
A person reads every request and replies with the next step.
