Buffing: your Stellar
For your 1987 Hyundai Stellar, paint correction starts with a short request. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
About your Stellar
As a car, it is a straightforward size for this work. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
Booking the work
A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Ask anything about the work in the request. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work.
Driving while yours is in
A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
Aftercare
Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
Why prices differ
If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time.
Planning around the work
You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.
On the day
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
Get an offer
Tell us about the car and the work, and we take it from there.
Request buffing
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
