Your INEOS Automotive: the work
The INEOS Automotive needs paint correction? Send photos and when it suits you. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
The car itself
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
Booking the work
Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
Need a car meanwhile?
We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
What affects the price
The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly.
How long you are without it
Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. A clear timeline comes with every quote.
On the day
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Ask any question you have before the work starts.
Looking after it afterwards
If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.
