Booking the work for the M45
Here is how we handle paint correction for the 2004 Infiniti M45: the request, the work and a car to drive meanwhile. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
What your car means for the work
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
What happens after you ask
Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work.
Driving while yours is in
A rental means the work does not stop your week. Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
How the price is set
A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.
On the day
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
How long it takes
A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days. Book a little ahead for larger jobs; small ones can be quicker to schedule.
After the work
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks.
Talk to a person
Ready when you are: send the details of the car.
Request buffing
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
