The Infiniti QX55: Buffing
Your Infiniti QX55 needs paint correction? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Size and finish
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. As a compact SUV, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer.
Getting a price
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate.
Driving while yours is in
Add a rental to the same request as the work. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. Pick it up from us for free, or have it brought to you.
Pricing, plainly
Larger vehicles take more product and more hours, so they cost more. We price the job before we start, never after. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.
Timing
Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. A clear timeline comes with every quote.
Before you drop the car off
Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.
Looking after it afterwards
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
Next step
Questions about the work? Ask them in your request.
