Your 2021 Kia Seltos: the work
CarmaCars takes requests for paint correction on the 2021 Kia Seltos, and rents you a car while yours is in. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
Your Seltos, up close
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. As a compact SUV, it has more paint, glass and interior than a small car, so the work takes longer.
What to send us
Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
A rental while we work
Add a rental to the same request as the work. Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
What to bring
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached.
Why prices differ
Options such as sensors, trim pieces or special paint can add time. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
Planning around the work
Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. If the car must stay overnight, we tell you before it comes in.
Looking after it afterwards
Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish. Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car.
