Buffing for the 1983 Mercury Cougar
Buffing for your 1983 Mercury Cougar? Start with a request; a person replies with a price and a time. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Your Cougar, up close
A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. As a compact car, it is a straightforward size for this work.
Booking a time
Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. You can add a rental to the same request.
A rental while we work
Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
Looking after it afterwards
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
Before you drop the car off
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
Pricing, plainly
The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. The same job can take more time on a car with more trim or detail.
When the car is ready
Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
Let us know
Send photos and a few details, and a person replies with the next step.

Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
