The 1986 Pontiac Lemans for buffing
- Body: compact cars (EPA size class).
Your Lemans and paint correction
This page covers paint correction for the 1986 Pontiac Lemans, and a rental while the car is with us. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
Size and finish
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
What to send us
If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
Stay on the road
Add a rental to the same request as the work. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.
When the car is ready
Pick-up time is confirmed when the work is finished. We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days.
Getting the car ready
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.
After the work
Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing. A quick wipe of bird droppings and sap stops them from marking the paint.
Pricing, plainly
A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. We quote your car, not an average car, so the price fits the job. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.
