The 1985 Pontiac Sunburst for buffing
- Body: subcompact cars (EPA size class).
Your 1985 Pontiac Sunburst: the work
For your 1985 Pontiac Sunburst, paint correction starts with a short request. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
What your car means for the work
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. As a small car, it is a straightforward size for this work.
What to send us
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. You can add a rental to the same request.
Your car is in; you are not stuck
Choose a car from our fleet for the days the work takes. We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Aftercare
Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
How long you are without it
A clear timeline comes with every quote. Tell us the date you need the car back, and we say whether it is realistic.
What affects the price
The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Simple jobs cost less; we tell you if a smaller job would do.
Before you drop the car off
Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
Make a request
When you are ready, a short request books the work.
Request buffing
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
