Buffing: the Porsche Carrera 4
CarmaCars takes requests for paint correction on the Porsche Carrera 4, and rents you a car while yours is in. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
The car itself
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
Getting a price
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. You can add a rental to the same request. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.
A rental while we work
A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
What affects the price
The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.
Keeping it that way
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
How long it takes
We give you a time with the quote, so you can plan a rental for the right number of days. A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days.
What to bring
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
