Booking the work for the Targa
The Porsche Targa needs paint correction? Send photos and when it suits you. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim.
What your car means for the work
If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
Getting a price
Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. Ask anything about the work in the request. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time.
A rental while we work
Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. A rental means the work does not stop your week. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Pricing, plainly
The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear.
How long you are without it
Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price.
After the work
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Hand washing is gentler than automatic brushes on any finish.
Before you drop the car off
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
