Booking the work for the 9-5
CarmaCars takes requests for paint correction on the 2005 Saab 9-5, and rents you a car while yours is in. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Your 9-5, up close
We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next.
Getting a price
Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. You can add a rental to the same request. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.
A rental while we work
Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. A rental means the work does not stop your week. We deliver across the Toronto area, or you collect the car from our location for free.
What goes into a quote
A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. A quote from us is free and comes with no obligation. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.
Planning around the work
Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days. You can plan the rental for the same number of days as the work.
Keeping it that way
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
Getting the car ready
Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
