Booking the work for the Aura
For the Saturn Aura, paint correction starts with a quote from a person, never a guess. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
Your Aura, up close
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in.
Getting a quote
We confirm the price and the time with you before any work. We reply within one business day with a time and a price. Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate.
Need a car meanwhile?
A rental means the work does not stop your week. Your rental can be waiting when you drop your car off. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
Before you drop the car off
If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule.
How the price is set
We price the job before we start, never after. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.
When the car is ready
A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days. We call or write when the car is ready, and you collect it or we arrange the handover.
After the work
If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
Talk to a person
A quote costs nothing and commits you to nothing.
Request buffing
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
