Before you drop the car off
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned.
What affects the price
A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person. If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part.
Looking after it afterwards
Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint. Park out of direct sun when you can to protect paint and interior.
Timing
If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental. Most small jobs fit within a day; larger ones are booked over several days.
