The 2018 Volvo Cab Over Engine HT: Buffing
Your 2018 Volvo Cab Over Engine HT and paint correction: what to send us, what it involves, and a car to drive meanwhile. Outside work covers the paint, wheels, tires, glass and trim. Paint correction is machine polishing that takes out swirls and light scratches; deep scratches may need paint.
The car itself
Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately.
What happens after you ask
Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price.
Driving while yours is in
Rent the size of car you need for the days the work takes. A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. The car can come to your door in the Toronto area, or you pick it up at no charge.
What affects the price
The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. The quote shows the price for your car and what it includes.
How long you are without it
A clear timeline comes with every quote. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
Getting the car ready
Ask any question you have before the work starts. Empty the trunk and the door pockets so every surface can be reached. If you need a rental, add it to the request so it is ready when you arrive.
After the work
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Corrected paint stays glossy longer with gentle hand washing.
Ask us
Tell us about the car and the work, and we take it from there.
Request buffing
Tell us when suits you; we reply within one business day with a time and a price.
