Your car, your notes
Your owner's manual lists the maintenance schedule for the Incomplete. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request.
What CarmaCars does here
We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. You approve the shop's quote before any work.
A car meanwhile
A rental keeps your week on track during the repair. We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. Delivery and pickup are both options across the Toronto area.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask whether the quote includes both parts and labour. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.
Good habits for your car
Top up the washer fluid with a winter mix in the cold months. Follow the maintenance schedule in your owner's manual, by time or distance. Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule.
Next step
A request is free and gets a reply within one business day.
