The Scion: Car battery replacement
CarmaCars does not do this work itself. For battery service on the Scion, we arrange it with a trusted shop or connect you with one. Lights left on overnight are the classic reason for a flat battery.
Your car, your notes
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them.
What to send us
We follow up until the shop has the car booked in. You agree everything with the shop before work begins. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name.
Driving while yours is at the shop
If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. The handover is in person, at your address or at our location.
Car care, briefly
Have the cabin air filter changed on the maker's schedule. Clear snow off the whole car, roof included, before you drive. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for.
Talking to the shop
Ask whether the shop needs your keys, the wheel lock key or the spare. Ask whether the estimate includes tax and shop supplies. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.
Ready when you are
A request is free and gets a reply within one business day.
Request car battery replacement
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
