Rent a car while yours is detailed
Keep driving while your car is in: we deliver a rental to you and collect it when yours is ready.
Your Q5 e and a full detail
Here is how we handle a full detail for the 2020 Audi Q5 e: the request, the work and a car to drive meanwhile. A full detail covers the interior and the exterior together.
Size and finish
Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
What to send us
Send the year, the trim and what you want done; photos make the price more accurate. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off. We confirm the price and the time with you before any work.
Driving while yours is in
Add a rental to the same request as the work. Rent by the day while your car is in, delivered to you. We hand every car over in person, at your address or at our location.
Aftercare
Ask us when the next visit would make sense for your car. Rinse off winter salt regularly to protect paint and wheels.
What goes into a quote
If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price. A quote lists what is included, so you can compare it fairly. Photos let us give a closer price before we see the car in person.
On the day
Arrive at the time we confirm, so the work can start on schedule. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
Planning around the work
We confirm how long the car will be with us when we confirm the price. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.
Let us know
A person reads every request and replies with the next step.
