Booking the work for the EXP
Your Ford EXP needs a full detail? Send the details, and we reply within one business day. A full detail covers the interior and the exterior together.
Size and finish
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. Photos of the car help us quote it accurately. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
What to send us
A person reads your request and replies with the next step. Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Ask anything about the work in the request.
Stay on the road
A rental by the day keeps you moving while your car is in. Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. We bring the car to your address in the Toronto area, or you collect it for free.
How long you are without it
Waiting on parts is the most common reason a repair takes longer. A clear timeline comes with every quote.
After the work
Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car. Regular washes in winter help keep road salt from attacking the paint.
How the price is set
If you only need part of the work, say so and we quote that part. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work. If we find something unexpected, we ask before we change the price.
On the day
Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Child seats can be taken out so the seats under them get cleaned. Leave a phone number where we can reach you during the day.
Ask us
Questions about the work? Ask them in your request.
