Booking the work for the Outback
For the 2016 Subaru Outback, a full detail starts with a quote from a person, never a guess. A full detail covers the interior and the exterior together.
Size and finish
A bigger body means more surface to work on, which shows in the time. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos. Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next.
What happens after you ask
Send a few photos and the year and trim; that is enough for a first price. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more. Tell us when the car is free and whether you can drop it off.
A car while yours is in
Keep driving: rent from us while the work is done. Pick the rental from our fleet; delivery is priced in the offer. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
Looking after it afterwards
If anything about the work looks wrong after you collect the car, tell us. Keep the invoice with your records; it helps when you sell the car.
Planning around the work
Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. If the work runs longer than planned, we let you know and you can keep the rental.
What affects the price
We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. Two cars of the same model can need different work, so we quote each one.
Before you drop the car off
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Point out anything you want us to pay special attention to. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work.
Send a request
A person reads your request and replies with a price and a time.
