The Volvo FML: Car cleaning
For your Volvo FML, a full detail starts with a short request. A full detail covers the interior and the exterior together.
The car itself
Mention the trim and options, so we plan around sensors and trim pieces. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. A car of this size is quick to work on compared with a large SUV.
Booking the work
Nothing is booked until you agree to the price and the time. Ask anything about the work in the request. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected.
A rental while we work
Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. We bring the rental to you and collect it later. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
How long you are without it
A wash or a light detail takes hours; paint correction, film and coatings can take days. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
On the day
Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together. Ask any question you have before the work starts. Bring the keys you use every day, and the wheel lock key if the car has one.
After the work
Keep a soft cloth in the car for small marks. Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car.
Why prices differ
Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. The size of the car matters: an SUV or a van has more surface than a compact car. The condition of the car matters too; heavy dirt, deep scratches or rust take longer.
