Your Lucid: the work
CarmaCars takes requests for a full detail on the Lucid, and rents you a car while yours is in. A full detail covers the interior and the exterior together.
The car itself
Tell us the year and the trim; the details change from one to the next. We note the car's condition with you when it comes in. If something on the car is already damaged, show us in the photos.
The request
Your quote is for your car, not a general price list. Tell us whether you can drop the car off or need it collected. If the job turns out larger, we ask you before doing more.
A rental meanwhile
Add a rental to the same request as the work. Keep driving while it is detailed: we deliver a rental and collect it when yours is ready. We deliver around Toronto; pickup at our location is free.
Before you drop the car off
Ask any question you have before the work starts. Take valuables and personal items out of the car before the work. Tell us about any marks or damage already on the car, so we note them together.
Looking after it afterwards
Look over the work in daylight when you collect the car. Ask us how to care for the work when you collect the car.
What goes into a quote
We explain the price in plain words if anything is unclear. Ask what is included, so you can compare quotes fairly. Older paint or heavy wear can mean more preparation before the main work.
How long it takes
Collect the car when it is ready, or ask us to arrange the handover. We keep you posted if the timing changes.
