Arranging the work for the Vigor
Car diagnostics for the Acura Vigor: the work is done by a shop we trust, never by CarmaCars. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.
Your Vigor and the shop
The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop.
What we arrange
We keep you posted until the car is booked in. We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job. You agree the price with the shop before any work starts.
Stay on the road
Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. Keep the rental as long as the repair takes. Collect the car at our location for free, or have it delivered.
Talking to the shop
Ask for the work to be listed line by line on the invoice. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history. Ask for a written estimate before any work starts.
Car care, briefly
Keep a record of every service; it helps the shop and adds value when you sell. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them. Have the battery tested before winter if it is more than a few years old.
Talk to a person
Ask, and we tell you plainly what we can arrange.
Request car diagnostics
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
