Your A7 and the shop
Say whether the car is drivable; it changes how it gets to the shop. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. The shop may ask for the VIN to order the right parts. The 3.0L 6-cylinder turbo hybrid is what moves it, with all-wheel drive.
What to send us
Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car. We keep you posted until the car is booked in.
Your rental while you wait
We deliver the rental to you and collect it when your car is ready. We collect the rental when your car is back. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
Questions to ask the shop
Ask what warranty the shop gives on its parts and labour. Ask the shop to call you before doing anything not on the estimate. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back.
Between shop visits
Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Replace wiper blades when they streak; it matters in rain and snow.

Tell us what is wrong with the car, and we arrange the rest with a trusted shop.
