Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request. Bring the owner's manual or service records if you have them. Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them.
How we help
We do not set the shop's price or promise a date. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. Send a request with the car and what it needs; a person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one.
Driving while yours is at the shop
Pick a car that suits your week from our fleet. We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. Delivery covers the Toronto area, priced by distance in your offer; pickup from us is free.
Small things that help
If the car pulls to one side, ask the shop to check the alignment and the tires. Use the grade of fuel your owner's manual calls for. Check that all lights work every few weeks.
A short checklist
Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
Over to you
Tell us the job and the car, and a person replies.
Request car diagnostics
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
