About your Brooklands
The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. Note the mileage on the odometer when you send the request.
Who does what
You agree the price with the shop before any work starts. Tell us when suits you, and whether the car can be driven. The shop sets the price and the time after seeing the car.
A car meanwhile
Rent by the day while the shop has your car. We can have a rental ready the day your car goes in. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
Between shop visits
Wash the underside of the car in winter to clear road salt. Check that all lights work every few weeks. Look at the tire tread before long trips.
Getting a clear quote
Ask how long the job should take, so you know how long to rent for. Ask whether anything else is close to needing attention, and how soon. Ask whether the shop will check anything related while the car is there.
