A rental while yours is in the shop
CarmaCars does not do this work; you keep driving while the shop has your car. We deliver a rental to you, by the day, at our usual rates.

The BMW 533i: Car diagnostics
For a diagnostic check on the BMW 533i, CarmaCars arranges a trusted shop and rents you a car while yours is in. A warning light is the car asking for a diagnostic scan; the code tells the shop where to look.
Your 533i and the shop
If you have the service history of your 533i, have it ready for the shop. The shop sets its own price and time after it sees the car. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare.
How the arrangement works
We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. Send the car's details and what it needs; we take it from there. We tell you plainly if we do not know a shop for the job.
No car? Rent one meanwhile
We bring the rental to you and collect it afterwards. If the repair runs long, keep the rental longer. Your offer shows any delivery fee before you pay.
A short checklist
Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. Ask how the shop takes payment before you pick the car up. If the car must stay overnight, ask where it will be kept.
Between shop visits
Do not ignore a warning light; an early check often costs less than a late repair. Note the mileage when each service is done, so you know when the next is due. Keep the spare, the jack and the wheel lock key where you can find them.
Make a request
Need a rental too? Add it to the same request.
Request car diagnostics
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
