Car diagnostics: how we help
CarmaCars does not do mechanical work. For a diagnostic check on the Bugatti, we connect you with a trusted shop. A steady check engine light needs a check soon; a flashing one means pull over safely and get help.
Your car, your notes
Mention the trim and engine in your request; parts differ between them. Tell the shop about any warning light or sound you have noticed. A photo of the dashboard warning light helps the shop prepare.
How the arrangement works
You agree the price with the shop before any work starts. We pass your request to a trusted shop or give you its name. You approve the shop's quote before any work.
A rental while you wait
Rent by the day or the week, and stop when your car is back. Rent by the day while the shop has your car. We meet you with the car at the time we confirm, at your address or ours.
A short checklist
Ask when the car will be ready and how the shop will tell you. If you want to see the old parts, ask for them back. Keep the invoice; it is part of the car's service history.
Between shop visits
Keep an emergency kit in the trunk in winter. Listen for new noises and mention them to the shop with as much detail as you can. Check that all lights work every few weeks.
Questions first?
Send a request: the car, the problem and when suits you.
Request car diagnostics
Tell us when suits you. A person replies within one business day and arranges it with a trusted shop or recommends one; the shop sets its own price and time.
